每次出行,有一些腿腳不方便的小伙伴們。你們是否會憂慮出行的不便?害怕給機場的工作人員帶來不便?其實這些是不用擔心的,機場已經有很成熟的服務流程了。大家可以大膽的去向往的地方。不過還有幾項注意事項要注意一下:
1.機場設有特殊旅客服務專項柜臺,符合承運條件的輪椅旅客可前往柜臺優先辦理乘機手續。
2.輪椅旅客到達特殊旅客辦理柜臺,提出申請,并出示殘疾證及相關醫療證明,值機人員進行系統確認是否經過申請,未提前申請的旅客,根據航空公司要求進行接收,現場申請得到批準后予以辦理。(必須提前打電話申請航空公司的輪椅服務)
3.請主動告知工作人員身體情況,工作人員根據座位布局和航空公司的要求,安排合適座位便于乘務員為您提供服務。
4.辦完乘機手續后,旅客可持身份證件及登機牌前往問詢臺使用機場輪椅并填寫《機場特殊旅客服務交接單》,由問詢臺工作人員安排專人陪同旅客完成安全檢查并送至相應登機口,登機口工作人員協助旅客登機。
注意事項:
1.需要輪椅的旅客必須在訂座時提出申請,售票員應詳細詢問旅客或其代理人有關旅客的殘疾情況,以便決定旅客應屬于哪一種情況。
2.如屬傷殘(病患)旅客應按傷殘(病患)旅客的有關規定和接收條件辦理。若無法確定旅客的病情是否危及自身或影響其他旅客時,需要提供相關適宜乘機的《醫療診斷證明書》。
3.自帶輪椅可免費運輸,作為托運行李裝在貨艙內。

電動輪椅托運要求
1.如您攜帶電動輪椅,需在乘機當天提前2小時到達機場與航司的工作人員聯系辦理托運手續。
2.請留意以下包裝要求:
電動輪椅在托運時,其包裝應該符合下列要求:
(a)裝有防漏型電池的輪椅:
須確保電池不發生短路且安全地安裝在輪椅上;如電池可以拆分,必須拆下電池,放入堅固的硬質包裝內運載,作為交運行李存放在貨艙內。
(b)裝有溢漏型電池的輪椅:
須卸下電池放入堅固的硬質包裝,如無法卸下電池,應確保輪椅在運輸過程中始終處于直立狀態。包裝應該具有防漏功能,確保電池不發生短路,并且周圍用合適的吸附材料填滿,以吸收任何泄漏液體。
(c)裝有鋰離子電池的輪椅:
須卸下電池,并將電池攜帶入客艙;
每塊電池額定瓦時數不得超過300Wh;
如果輪椅上配備的電池是2塊,則每塊電池額定瓦時數不得超過160Wh;
每位旅客最多可攜帶一個額定瓦時數不超過300Wh的備用電池,或兩個額定瓦時數各不超過160Wh的備用電池

(b) wheelchairs with leaky batteries: the batteries shall be removed and placed in rigid packaging. If the batteries can not be removed, ensure that the wheelchair is always in an upright position during transportation. The packaging shall be leak-proof to ensure that the battery is not short-circuited and is surrounded by suitable absorbent material to absorb any leaking liquid.
(c) wheelchair with lithium-ion battery: the batteries shall be removed and carried into the cabin, the watt-hour rating of each battery shall not exceed 300 wh, and if the wheelchair is equipped with 2 batteries, each passenger is allowed to carry a spare battery with a watt-hour rating not exceeding 300WH or two spare batteries with a watt-hour rating not exceeding 160WH each
